day 22. Up

First day of fall. Gorgeous day! Not a cloud in the sky. Took little Skyler for a walk. Here she is going back up the stairs....she's still motoring around quite well for her old age of 14 years.

Wish I could say the Tigers were moving up in the ranks. We played a very tough South Carolina team today. Our defense held their own. Had a few shining moments. But the offense was severely lacking. The most impressive drive was in the fourth quarter when our second string quarterback, Corbin Berkstresser, was in the game. I don't claim to know a whole lot about football, but I do watch the game quite a bit. He looked a WHOLE lot more impressive than James Franklin. The play calling is different when Berkstresser is in the game. He could hang with the SEC. Not so sure about Franklin.

And that's my soapbox on that issue. We'll see how it goes.

Nevertheless.... the sun was bright and warm today. Beautiful fall day. 

Can we just hit pause on this weather?
